07 — Content Library
Raftaar Commerce includes four content tools for the kind of information every store needs — size guides, FAQs, return policies, and care instructions — plus places to see the messages and signups your store collects.
Size Guides, FAQs, Return Policies & Care Guides
These four tools all work the same way and live in your WordPress sidebar under Raftaar Commerce:
- Size Guides
- Product FAQs
- Return Policies
- Care Guides
How to create one
- Click into whichever one you need (e.g. Raftaar Commerce → Size Guides → Add New).
- You'll see a template picker — a set of ready-made starting points (for example, Size Guides come with 8 pre-built templates covering common formats like clothing, shoes, and rings). Pick one to start from, or choose a blank one to write entirely your own.
- This opens the normal WordPress editor, pre-filled with the template content. Edit it exactly like you'd edit any page — replace the placeholder text, adjust the table, add your own sizing chart, etc.
- Publish it like any other piece of content.
How to attach one to a product
Once you've created a Size Guide, FAQ, Return Policy, or Care Guide, open any product's edit screen — you'll find a dropdown there to select which one applies to that product (or, in some cases, to a whole product category at once, so you don't have to repeat yourself on every single product). Once attached: FAQs appear as their own tab alongside Description/Reviews on the product page; Size Guides, Return Policies, and Care Guides appear as small buttons that open the relevant content in a slide-out info panel.
What's included out of the box
| Tool | Ready-made templates included |
|---|---|
| Size Guides | 8 |
| Product FAQs | 6 |
| Return Policies | 5 |
| Care Guides | 6 |
You're free to edit, delete, or add as many of your own as you like — the built-in templates are just a head start.
Where customer messages and signups go
Contact form submissions
If you've added an RC Contact Form block anywhere on your site (see Building Pages with Blocks), every submission is saved and visible under Raftaar Commerce → Contact Submissions — you'll see an unread-count badge in the sidebar whenever there's something new. You can also reply directly from this screen, without needing a separate email client.
Newsletter subscribers
Email addresses collected through the newsletter signup form (in your footer, or an RC Newsletter block) are stored under Raftaar Commerce → Subscribers, where you can export the full list as a CSV file — handy for importing into whichever email marketing tool you use.
